- Provide you with a clear explanation of the options available to you.
- Agree our costs (there will be no hidden fees).
- Agree with you the next steps to be taken and the likely time scales involved.
- Confirm the name of the agent dealing with your instructions.
- Keep you informed of progress.
Office hours
- We are open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 3.00pm on Saturdays. (Appointments out of office hours and client visits can also be arranged).
- Our switchboard is open during those hours and outside those hours there is an answer phone on which you can leave a message.
- Meetings can be at our office or we are happy to come to see you.
